Young sheriff of Hacks Williams hopes to no purpose, that in a quiet small town Bayuoter he is waited by quiet life. The series of enigmatic murders compel him to trust that in deaf bogs near a city nothing mysterious is covered, killing people. American Indians warn Hacks, that frightful ancient force woke up in their edges, but a local oil magnate Shist, aspiring to put in order to the hands boundless a swamp, disbelieves in myths. At nights from bogs horrific moans and screaming are reported, the atmosphere of oppressive fear overhung in mid air, and Hacks decides to leave in a swampy wild on the searches of truth. There, in ominous darkness of age-old jungles, he is waited by the rock meeting with the threatening keeper of wild bogs.
